About the Role

As the Director of Building Automation, you will own the vision and governance for automation across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure's global data center estate. This full-time, on-site position in Concord, Merrimack County is responsible for setting enterprise standards and charting the long-term roadmap that keeps facility operations safe, efficient, and ready to scale. You will guide the technical direction for building management systems and operational technology while aligning teams around a unified, forward-looking approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and steward the overarching automation strategy for OCI's global portfolio of data centers.
• Define standards and long-range direction for building management systems and OT controls architecture.
• Lead practices for cybersecurity, alarming, and system integration across the fleet.
• Drive analytics initiatives that improve the safety, efficiency, and scalability of facility operations.
• Provide leadership and governance that keeps engineering teams aligned to consistent, fleet-wide standards.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience directing building automation or facility controls programs at scale.
• Deep knowledge of building management systems and operational technology (OT) controls architecture.
• Strong command of OT cybersecurity, alarm management, and systems integration best practices.
• Familiarity with data-driven analytics applied to large, distributed infrastructure environments.
• Ability to set enterprise standards and translate strategy into long-term operational direction.
