About the Role

As a Pre ETS Instructor with Public Consulting Group, you will deliver Pre-Employment Transition Services on-site at Hollandale Middle School in Bear Garden, Washington County. This is an in-person, full-time position focused on guiding young people through early career exploration and workplace readiness. Because the work is delivered directly to students, this role is not remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging Pre-ETS sessions that introduce students to career and job exploration.
• Lead workplace readiness instruction covering communication, teamwork, and professional behavior.
• Support work-based learning experiences that connect classroom lessons to real employment settings.
• Coach students in self-advocacy so they can speak up for their goals and accommodations.
• Share information about post-secondary education, training, and counseling options.
• Track student progress and maintain accurate records in line with program requirements.
• Partner with school staff, families, and PCG colleagues to keep services consistent and student-centered.

Qualifications

• Experience working with middle school students, youth with disabilities, or in transition-related programming.
• Strong instructional, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
• Reliable organization and documentation habits.
• Ability to work on-site in Bear Garden, Washington County, on a full-time schedule.
