About the Role

As a Sr. Principal Project Manager on Oracle's Data Center Infrastructure Delivery team, you will lead the planning and execution of advanced data center facilities while shaping the strategic initiatives that keep delivery moving at speed and scale. Based in Pierre, Hughes County, you will partner closely with external vendors and cross-functional internal teams to bring sophisticated builds to life on schedule and to specification.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end delivery of complex data center construction programs, from early planning through commissioning.
• Coordinate vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to keep projects aligned, on pace, and on target.
• Drive strategic initiatives that improve how data center facilities are designed, built, and scaled.
• Track schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies, escalating issues and resolving roadblocks proactively.
• Champion quality, safety, and consistency across every phase of facility delivery.

Qualifications

• Extensive, hands-on project management experience leading large-scale infrastructure or data center construction efforts.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vendors and internal teams toward shared, time-sensitive outcomes.
• Strong command of project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication for technically complex builds.
• A collaborative, execution-focused mindset suited to a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
