Brandeis University is hiring a full-time Admissions Coordinator for Brandeis Online at our Waltham, Middlesex County campus. You'll support the Rabb School of Continuing Studies by managing recruitment and applications for our online degree and certificate programs.
About the Role
As an Admissions Coordinator, you'll be the primary point of contact for prospective students pursuing online education through Brandeis. You'll guide them through every step of the application journey, from initial inquiry through enrollment.
What You'll Do
- Review and process applications with meticulous attention to detail
- Respond to prospective student inquiries via email and phone
- Coordinate virtual information sessions and online campus tours
- Maintain accurate records in our admissions database and tracking system
- Follow up with applicants to track progress and answer questions
- Organize and compile required documentation for review
- Support recruitment events and outreach programs
- Ensure all processes comply with institutional policies and requirements
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in customer service, student services, or admissions
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with database systems and standard office software
- Ability to balance competing priorities in a busy environment
- Passion for supporting student success and access to education
- Excellent attention to detail
