Director, Investor Relations & Corporate Finance

Masco is hiring a Director of Investor Relations and Corporate Finance for our Livonia, Michigan headquarters. This is a full-time leadership position where you'll take charge of how we communicate with investors, manage our financial story, and support strategic capital allocation decisions.

About the Role

As Director of Investor Relations and Corporate Finance, you'll serve as a key liaison between Masco and the investment community while advancing our financial strategy across the organization. You'll own investor communications, lead financial planning initiatives, and ensure our capital markets activities align with corporate objectives. This role combines external-facing investor strategy with internal financial analysis and decision-making support.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute investor relations strategy, including earnings communications, analyst engagement, and shareholder outreach
• Manage investor events, conference presentations, roadshows, and earnings calls to strengthen relationships with institutional and individual investors
• Create and maintain investor-focused financial materials, disclosures, and messaging that accurately represent Masco's performance and strategy
• Collaborate with executive leadership and finance teams on corporate finance initiatives, including capital structure optimization and M&A evaluation
• Support long-term financial planning, forecasting, and performance tracking across business units
• Monitor capital markets trends, peer activity, and investor sentiment to inform corporate strategy
• Oversee IR operations, including website content, reports, and stakeholder database management
• Work cross-functionally with accounting, legal, and business teams on SEC filings, regulatory disclosures, and compliance

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, or related capital markets roles, with at least 3+ years in a director-level or equivalent position
• Proven track record managing investor relationships and communicating complex financial information to capital markets
• Strong financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities; comfort presenting to executive audiences and investors
• Experience with investor relations systems, financial databases, and SEC filing requirements
• Understanding of manufacturing operations, capital-intensive business models, and shareholder value drivers is a plus
• MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred; CFA designation or equivalent financial credentials valued
