About the Role

What You'll Do
- Set up, calibrate, and run DTG printers for daily production schedules
- Prepare digital artwork files using RIP software, ensuring proper color separation and sizing
- Load and unload garments, positioning them accurately for optimal print placement
- Monitor ink levels, perform routine maintenance, and troubleshoot technical issues
- Conduct quality checks on finished products, addressing any defects before shipment
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all safety protocols
- Document production metrics and assist with inventory tracking of consumables
What We're Looking For
- Hands‑on experience operating DTG printers or comparable digital textile printing equipment
- Familiarity with graphic design software and RIP workflows (e.g., Ergotech, Cadlink, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for color consistency
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic mechanical aptitude for performing preventive maintenance
- Good communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus
