Bartender

Ruby Tuesday is seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team in Shelby, Cleveland County. This is a full-time position where you'll craft quality drinks and deliver exceptional service in a vibrant dining and bar environment.

About the Role

As a Bartender at Ruby Tuesday, you'll be the heart of our bar operations, creating memorable experiences for guests while maintaining our high standards of quality and service. This role blends mixology expertise with hospitality, offering the opportunity to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced restaurant setting.

What You'll Do

• Mix and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and specifications
• Manage bar service for guests seated at the bar counter as well as those dining in our restaurant
• Support front-of-house operations by preparing beverages for the service bar to serve to dining room guests
• Provide food service to guests who choose to dine at the bar
• Maintain accurate cash handling and complete point-of-sale transactions
• Meet sales targets while delivering friendly, attentive customer service
• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Adhere to all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations

What We're Looking For

• Bartending experience in a restaurant or bar setting
• Knowledge of drinks, cocktails, and beverage preparation techniques
