Supportive Housing Coordinator

About the Role

As a Supportive Housing Coordinator with Community Housing Network, you'll be at the center of our mission to provide meaningful housing support and case management services. In this hands-on position, you'll work directly with clients who are navigating housing instability, helping them move toward self-sufficiency and long-term stability. This is full-time work that blends direct client support, administrative coordination, and partnership development across central Ohio's social services network.

What You'll Do

• Assess client needs and develop individualized housing and support plans
• Connect residents with community resources, benefits, employment assistance, and social services
• Coordinate housing placements and manage move-in processes
• Maintain detailed case notes and track client progress toward established goals
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, service providers, and community partners
• Provide ongoing support and check-ins to ensure successful housing retention
• Represent Community Housing Network at community events and partner meetings

• Strong communication skills—written and verbal

• Experience in case management, social services, or community support (or demonstrated commitment to learning)
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to meet clients in the community
