Digital Quality Transformation – Senior Consultant – Life Sciences (QMS)

EY seeks an experienced Digital Quality Transformation Senior Consultant for our Life Sciences practice in Atlanta, Fulton County. This is a full-time role supporting pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies as they modernize their quality management systems and accelerate digital transformation initiatives.

About the Role

As a Senior Consultant specializing in digital quality transformation for life sciences, you'll lead strategic engagements helping organizations redesign quality processes, implement advanced QMS platforms, and navigate regulatory requirements in an increasingly digital landscape. You'll combine deep quality systems expertise with change management and technology advisory to drive measurable business impact.

What You'll Do

• Assess current quality management systems and identify digital transformation opportunities across operations, compliance, and risk management
• Design end-to-end QMS modernization strategies aligned with regulatory frameworks (FDA, ICH, ISO standards) and client business objectives
• Lead implementation of digital quality platforms and automation solutions, from requirements gathering through deployment
• Develop training programs and change management strategies to drive organizational adoption of new processes and technologies
• Partner with cross-functional client teams including quality assurance, regulatory affairs, manufacturing, and IT leadership
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute thought leadership to the life sciences practice

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, engineering, business, or related field
• 8+ years of professional experience in quality, compliance, or operations within pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries
• Deep knowledge of quality management systems, regulatory requirements, and life sciences operations
• Proven experience leading digital transformation or process modernization initiatives
• Strong project management and client-facing consulting skills
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities, with the capacity to translate technical quality concepts for executive audiences
