About the Role

• Direct recruitment, sourcing, and hiring initiatives for facility-level positions
• Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and professional development programs
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and workplace culture initiatives
• Administer benefits programs, compensation planning, and HR communications
• Collaborate with facility leadership on workforce planning and organizational strategy
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of HR management experience, preferably in manufacturing or corporate operations
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline (or equivalent professional HR experience)
• SHRM or PHR certification preferred
• Solid working knowledge of employment law and regulatory compliance
• Strong interpersonal and written communication abilities
• Hands-on experience with HRIS systems and HR technology platforms
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and collaborate across departments
