About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential automotive organization seeking a Digital Performance Specialist to drive digital transformation initiatives across a network of retail locations. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted digital advisor, coaching business partners to optimize their online presence and performance through strategic consulting and hands-on execution.

This position offers the opportunity to shape digital strategy across multiple high-impact areas including websites, digital advertising, lead management, and customer engagement platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary digital consultant for assigned retail partners, driving adoption and success across sponsored digital programs
• Collaborate with regional sales and service leadership to identify opportunities that enhance partner engagement and performance
• Coach partners on customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction strategies using digital tools and platforms
• Conduct comprehensive digital assessments, review performance metrics, and develop actionable improvement plans
• Coordinate website customizations, resolve vendor technical issues, and manage support requests
• Lead execution of divisional go-to-market strategies across websites, digital advertising, consumer marketing, lead management, service optimization, social media, reputation management, and digital signage
• Travel up to 20% to support partners at various stages of digital maturity

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree required
• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or advertising
• Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media platforms, CRM systems, and digital retail strategies
• Strong consulting skills with proven ability to build trust and serve as a strategic advisor
• Excellent communication and time management abilities in fast-paced environments
• Adaptability to work with partners at varying levels of digital sophistication
• Automotive or dealership experience preferred
• Familiarity with Salesforce and performance consulting processes preferred
