Senior Consultant

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential education strategy client in their search for a Senior Consultant. This is a remote, full-time role supporting strategic project work with K-12 education agencies and organizations across the United States.

You'll work as part of a collaborative consulting team, managing projects and workstreams that help education leaders execute strategic initiatives. This position involves project management, research and data analysis, stakeholder facilitation, and document creation to support clients in implementing sustainable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of consulting projects including work plans, timeline management, and delivery of solutions to client challenges
• Partner with project leads on decision-making through quantitative and qualitative data analysis to identify trends and insights
• Design and draft high-quality presentations, reports, and communications tailored to various audiences
• Contribute to facilitation of presentations and stakeholder engagement within project scopes
• Develop and coordinate meetings and events, from leadership coaching sessions to cross-functional initiative implementation
• Create materials, tools, and resources rooted in research and best practices
• Participate actively in client conversations, documenting insights and following through on next steps
• Manage confidential information with discretion and maintain accountability for results

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of professional experience
• Consulting experience required
• Outstanding project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Strong analytical abilities with experience synthesizing quantitative and qualitative data
• Excellent writing and presentation skills, with ability to tailor communication to intended audiences
• Comfort working in fast-paced, dynamic environments and managing time across multiple projects
• Knowledge of the K-12 education landscape
• Facilitation skills and comfort with public speaking
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Suite tools
• Willingness to travel based on client needs
• Ability to prioritize effectively and meet critical deadlines
