Auxiliar de Relaciones Comerciales, Brasil – CRM VP

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential business services organization seeking an Auxiliar de Relaciones Comerciales (Commercial Relations Assistant) to join their CRM operations team in Brazil. This is a full-time, remote position working Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM (with a 1-hour lunch break).

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical capabilities and advanced technical skills to support commercial relationship management and supplier coordination across multiple geographic markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage independent resources and coordinate supplier evaluation processes to meet requirements across different geographical areas
• Generate comparative price analysis reports and identify pricing trends, maximums, and minimums
• Validate documentation including verifying validity, signatures, and formats
• Create professional presentations and visual data representations using various tools
• Develop flowcharts, organizational charts, and process diagrams to support business operations
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), trend analysis, and service level agreements (SLAs)
• Develop and execute action plans based on data analysis and available information
• Use problem-solving frameworks for root cause analysis
• Manage ticket systems for issue tracking and resolution
• Coordinate communication across internal teams and external partners

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar commercial or analytical support positions
• Native Portuguese speaker with advanced conversational English (essential); advanced Spanish is highly desirable
• Solid knowledge of global geography and ability to work across different regions
• Advanced Excel proficiency including formulas, functions, pivot tables, charts, and data analysis
• Strong PowerPoint skills for creating professional presentations with graphics, tables, and visual elements
• Experience with mind mapping techniques to organize complex information
• Proficiency in Visio or similar diagramming tools for creating flowcharts and organizational charts
• Knowledge and use of Google Earth for geographic information visualization
• Familiarity with Ishikawa diagrams (cause-and-effect analysis) for problem-solving
• Experience with WhatsApp for business communication
• Knowledge of ticket management and problem resolution systems
• Strong ability to organize and present data clearly and concisely
• Analytical mindset with ability to draw relevant conclusions for decision-making
• Computer with minimum 12 GB RAM for remote work
