Home Depot seeks an experienced Department Supervisor to join our Lehigh Valley store in Northampton County as a full-time team leader. You'll oversee daily department operations, lead and develop store associates, and create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

About the Role

Department Supervisors are the backbone of store operations at Home Depot. In this role, you'll combine hands-on retail leadership with strong product expertise to drive team performance and customer satisfaction.
