Deal Desk Analyst

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking a Deal Desk Analyst based in Argentina. Our client is building a scalable revenue operations function and needs an experienced professional to help structure and execute complex sales agreements.

As a member of our talent team at Get A Job.ai, we're looking for someone who can bridge Finance, Sales, and Legal teams to ensure deals move efficiently while maintaining proper controls and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Review opportunities, quotes, pricing structures, discounts, and contract terms for accuracy and compliance
• Support the full deal lifecycle from quote creation through billing execution
• Ensure all agreements follow internal policies and meet revenue recognition requirements
• Partner with sales teams to answer questions and accelerate opportunity progression
• Collaborate with Finance to confirm billing details and revenue-related requirements
• Work alongside Legal on contract terms and non-standard customer requests
• Coordinate with GTM Systems teams to resolve CRM and system-related issues
• Maintain comprehensive deal documentation and capture relevant precedents
• Identify and implement process improvements that increase deal velocity, accuracy, and consistency
• Develop team resources, guidelines, and knowledge repositories

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in deal desk, revenue operations, or a similar commercial operations role
• Background in a SaaS environment strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating non-standard sales contracts
• Strong understanding of deal structures, pricing models, and revenue recognition principles
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and CPQ tools (such as Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or similar platforms)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to balance speed with financial and operational discipline
