Position Summary

As a Customer Success Manager for LATAM at NinjaOne, you'll lead customer engagements across your assigned accounts, ensuring they achieve their business objectives through our IT management platform. You'll own the complete customer journey—from smooth onboarding through successful renewal—using strategic communication, proactive problem-solving, and deep product knowledge to maximize customer value and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for your LATAM customer portfolio, managing relationships and serving as the internal voice of customer needs
  • Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions aligned with customer goals and NinjaOne capabilities
  • Monitor account health, usage patterns, and satisfaction metrics to identify opportunities and address risks early
  • Maintain consistent, proactive engagement with customers through calls, video meetings, and regular check-ins
  • Partner across sales, product, and support teams to deliver seamless experiences and resolve issues quickly
  • Identify expansion opportunities and upsell potential within existing accounts
  • Maintain accurate customer data and renewal forecasting within our CRM systems

What You Bring

  • Proven track record in customer success, account management, or customer service roles within technology or SaaS
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with comfort in frequent customer engagement via phone, email, and video
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously with consistent high satisfaction and retention
  • Self-motivated, resourceful approach to problem-solving with genuine passion for customer relationships
  • Experience with CRM platforms and customer management systems
  • Data-driven mindset focused on measurable customer success outcomes
  • Multilingual capabilities, particularly Spanish (preferred for LATAM operations)
