About the Role

What You'll Do
- Conduct and assist with practice sessions, focusing on individual skill development, fundamentals, and team strategies
- Support game preparation, including practice drills, play review, and player positioning
- Mentor student-athletes on basketball techniques, fitness, and athletic discipline
- Help manage equipment, court setup, and game logistics
- Communicate regularly with the head coach, administration, and families regarding player progress and program goals
- Model positive sportsmanship and encourage teamwork, respect, and inclusivity
