About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential hospitality technology client in their search for a Customer Success Manager based in the UK. This role focuses on building strong relationships with restaurant and hospitality clients, driving product adoption, retention, and long-term growth across a diverse portfolio.

You will work in a hybrid environment with approximately 1 day per week visiting customers onsite, 1 day per week in the London office, and flexibility to work remotely for the remainder of the week.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers through regular communication cadence and database management via Salesforce
  • Retain and expand SaaS revenue through consultative engagement and strategic product recommendations tailored to each customer's needs
  • Drive activation and adoption of the product suite by analyzing usage patterns and leveraging internal tools and marketing strategies
  • Facilitate customer product demonstrations to maximize value from their technology investment
  • Partner with internal teams to resolve customer escalations, gather Voice of Customer feedback, and facilitate references and referrals
  • Deliver strategic business reviews focused on sharing insights, identifying opportunities, and addressing areas for improvement

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • 4+ years of Account Management experience with responsibility for customer satisfaction and business operations
  • Proven ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • General technical proficiency with software tools
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding goals
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and influencing skills

Preferred:

  • 1+ years of experience using Point of Sale (POS) software, ideally in the service industry
  • Experience managing Mid-Market, Top SMB, or Enterprise customer segments
  • Background in the tech industry or SaaS companies
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM, MS Office, G-Suite, and Slack
