Commercial Lines CSR

About the Role

As a Commercial Lines CSR, you'll be the primary point of contact for our commercial insurance clients. Your work ensures policies are managed smoothly, renewals happen on time, and customers receive the service they expect. You'll support our commercial insurance team across day-to-day servicing, documentation, and client communication in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, and written correspondence with accurate, timely information
• Process policy endorsements, cancellations, renewals, and billing adjustments
• Maintain detailed records and updated client files with attention to accuracy
• Coordinate with underwriting, claims, and management on commercial accounts
• Prepare and review quotes and policy documentation for completeness
• Follow up on renewals and support retention efforts with proactive outreach
• Resolve service issues and escalate complex requests appropriately
• Contribute to team goals in a supportive, detail-oriented culture

What We're Looking For

• Genuine interest in insurance or proven customer service experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
• Comfort with multitasking and managing competing priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and insurance systems (or ability to learn quickly)
• Professional demeanor and commitment to client satisfaction
• High school diploma or equivalent
