CRM Engagement Intern

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential e-commerce organization in their search for a CRM Engagement Intern to join their marketing team in Paris. This is a 6-month, full-time internship (35 hours per week) starting in January 2027. Our client operates a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you'll work alongside brand, marketing, business, product, and engineering teams to deliver targeted customer communications across multiple channels including email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and implementation of multi-channel lifecycle marketing campaigns in collaboration with brand, business, and design teams
• Support brainstorming, implementation, and analysis of transactional CRM communications that enhance existing customer journeys and build new ones
• Work with Product and Engineering teams to define data requirements and leverage insights to create end-to-end CRM flows
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to provide strategic recommendations for improvement
• Support CRM automation initiatives to identify process efficiency opportunities and deliver dynamic, personalized content to users

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable working and speaking in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly detail-oriented (this is essential) and creative with an experimentation and testing mindset
• Interest in both the technical side of CRM (automation, data integration) and the creative side (content, design)
• Experience with a CRM campaign management tool; familiarity with Braze is a significant plus
• Able to work independently and cross-functionally while demonstrating drive and initiative
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments and able to multi-task efficiently
• Adaptable and eager to acquire new skills quickly
• Strong affinity with data and comfortable working with numbers and statistics
• Experience with programming languages is a plus but not required
• Previous marketing experience, especially in CRM, is advantageous

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: €1,200 – €1,400 per month, depending on study level.
