Core Duties

• Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards
• Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure all workstations meet food safety and sanitation protocols
• Monitor food quality and temperature throughout preparation and service
• Collaborate with kitchen leadership and team members to meet daily production schedules
• Follow dietary guidelines and accommodate special meal requests as directed
• Maintain accurate inventory awareness and work efficiently within assigned stations

Who We're Looking For

• Previous line cooking experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Reliable attendance and flexibility with scheduling, including weekends and varying hours
• Willingness to take direction and collaborate as part of a kitchen team
• Physical ability to lift, stand, and move throughout a busy kitchen
