What You'll Do

• Review, investigate, and adjudicate workers compensation claims for accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Determine eligibility and calculate benefits under Missouri and Florida workers compensation frameworks
• Manage lost-time claims requiring ongoing benefit administration and case oversight
• Communicate clearly with claimants, employers, medical providers, and legal representatives
• Maintain organized, thorough claim files and documentation meeting state filing standards
• Ensure claims processing aligns with Missouri and Florida statutory requirements
• Support a dedicated client relationship through responsive, high-quality claims management

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience adjudicating workers compensation claims in Missouri
• Demonstrated expertise managing lost-time injury claims
• Active Florida workers compensation adjuster license or ability to obtain one
• Strong knowledge of Florida workers compensation law and jurisdiction requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders
