As a full-time member of our organization, you'll connect individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to the community resources, services, and opportunities they need to thrive in their daily lives and goals.

About the Role

This is an opportunity to make a tangible difference in people's lives by serving as a trusted resource navigator. You'll work directly with the individuals and families we support, helping them access and navigate community programs, services, and supports tailored to their unique needs and aspirations.

What You'll Do

  • Assess and understand each individual's needs, preferences, and community goals
  • Identify and connect people with relevant local resources, programs, and community services
  • Provide guidance on how to access and utilize available community opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with community partners and service providers
  • Document resource connections and track outcomes to ensure effective support
  • Support individuals and families in advocating for themselves within their communities
  • Maintain detailed and accurate case notes and program documentation

What We're Looking For

  • Genuine passion for supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and community partners
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Reliable transportation or ability to travel as needed
  • High school diploma or equivalent; related experience or education a plus
  • Commitment to person-centered, individualized support approaches
