About the Role
We're seeking a Personal Injury Attorney with 5–8 years of litigation experience to manage a diverse caseload and represent clients through all phases of injury claims. You'll work directly with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance providers to achieve favorable outcomes through negotiation, settlement, and trial preparation. This role combines client advocacy with strategic case management in a collegial, fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Investigate personal injury claims and evaluate case merit and damages
- Prepare legal pleadings, discovery requests, and trial documents
- Conduct client consultations and maintain clear communication throughout the legal process
- Negotiate settlements and coordinate with medical providers and experts
- Represent clients in depositions, mediations, and court proceedings

What We're Looking For
