Community Assistant – Delaware Apartments (Student Living)

About the Role

As a Community Assistant for Delaware Apartments (Student Living) with Greystar Management Services, you'll be a friendly first point of contact for current and prospective student residents. Working alongside the on-site leasing and management team, you'll help create a welcoming, well-organized living experience that keeps residents engaged throughout the academic year. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the US.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, and prospective tenants, providing courteous front-desk and concierge-style support.
• Assist the leasing team with tours, applications, move-ins, and renewals for the student living community.
• Help coordinate resident events and engagement activities that build a strong community atmosphere.
• Respond to resident questions and direct maintenance or service requests to the appropriate team members.
• Support general office administration, including filing, data entry, and keeping community spaces presentable.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills with a positive, approachable attitude.
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a busy student living setting.
• Comfortable using basic office software and learning property management systems.
• Able to work on-site in the US; availability that fits a residential community schedule.
• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, leasing, or residential property is a plus.
