What You'll Do
- Operate heavy equipment safely and effectively, including tractors, front-end loaders, dump trucks, and other specialized machinery
- Perform skilled and semi-skilled construction trades such as painting, carpentry, and concrete finishing
- Maintain drainage systems by clearing and cleaning ditches, catch basins, culverts, and storm sewers
- Handle and transport materials including stone, gravel, dirt, asphalt, and debris
- Perform general laboring duties that support road construction, repair, and maintenance activities
- Maintain equipment in safe working condition and report issues to supervisors
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate heavy machinery and learn new equipment quickly
- Physical capability to perform demanding manual labor and lift heavy materials
- Mechanical aptitude and basic understanding of construction and maintenance
