About This Position

Life Flight Network is seeking an experienced Rotor Wing Pilot for full-time employment, operating the 407 GXi helicopter in emergency medical transport missions. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Pilot and operate helicopter aircraft in varied weather and terrain conditions
• Conduct comprehensive pre-flight inspections and systems checks
• Coordinate with medical crew and ground personnel during flight operations
• Navigate to remote landing zones and medical facilities across the region
• Maintain clear communication with dispatch, air traffic control, and flight teams
• Ensure patient safety and aircraft airworthiness throughout all operations

Skills & Qualifications

• Commercial helicopter pilot license (required)
• Current Medical Certificate from the FAA
• Extensive rotorcraft flight experience (typically 1,000+ hours)
• Professional background in emergency medical services aviation
• Ability to perform under pressure in time-sensitive situations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with medical and aviation teams
• Willingness to relocate to the Brewster, Okanogan County area
