About the Role
As Commercial Territory Manager for the AZ, NM, NV region, you'll own the commercial tire business across your assigned markets. You'll build and maintain strong partnerships with distributors, dealers, and fleet operators while executing Hankook's go-to-market strategy. Your territory offers significant growth potential as you expand market presence and drive performance within a strategic sales region.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute territory business plans to meet sales objectives and grow market share
- Build and strengthen relationships with key accounts, distributors, and commercial dealers
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and respond to competitive threats
- Manage account portfolios, track performance metrics, and report on territory health
- Collaborate with the sales team and internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Travel throughout your territory to meet customers, conduct on-site training, and support dealer operations
- Present Hankook products and solutions to prospects and existing customers
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of commercial sales experience, preferably in tires, automotive, or related B2B industries
- Proven track record managing sales territories and growing revenue
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with ability to build lasting business relationships
- Self-directed professional comfortable working independently in the field
- Working knowledge of CRM systems and sales management tools
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within your territory
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
