Key Responsibilities

- Draft, review, and negotiate documents tailored to the regulatory and commercial realities of the industry.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and client decision-making.
- Partner with attorneys across offices to deliver responsive, high-quality client service.
- Manage assigned matters with attention to deadlines, detail, and professional standards.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active admission to the California State Bar, or eligibility to be admitted.
- Demonstrated interest in or experience with life sciences, biotechnology, or related practice areas.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with sharp analytical judgment.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team in San Francisco.
