Commercial Terrain – Indépendant (Freelance)

Responsabilités

We are representing a confidential fintech client seeking an independent field sales professional in the Agde area. In this freelance role, you will drive new business development through direct prospecting and relationship building with local merchants.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Prospecting cafés, restaurants, retail shops, salons, and small businesses throughout your assigned territory
• Identifying merchant needs and presenting tailored payment solutions with live demonstrations
• Supporting merchants through activation and building your active client portfolio
• Generating your own leads through proactive outreach—no pre-assigned lead lists are provided

What we're looking for

Our client seeks candidates with proven field sales experience who thrive in independent, results-driven environments:

• Minimum one year of cold prospecting experience (field or telephone) within the past six years
• Comfortable with proactive B2B sales approaches and face-to-face merchant engagement
• Self-motivated, persistent, reliable, and results-oriented
• Available at least three days per week
• Valid SIRET number at start date (French freelance registration)
• Ability to cover your own transportation and associated costs—no company vehicle provided

Pay

This is a commission-only independent contractor role with no fixed salary or ceiling. The compensation structure includes immediate commissions on equipment and software sales plus recurring revenue share on merchant payment activity for up to 24 months. Specific commission rates and potential earnings examples will be shared during the interview process. No minimum income is guaranteed, as earnings depend entirely on your sales performance and merchant activity levels.
