Clinical Research Associate II/Senior Clinical Research Associate – All US Locations – HEM/ONC – FSP

Parexel is recruiting a Clinical Research Associate II or Senior Clinical Research Associate in Pierre, Hughes County for full-time field service work overseeing hemato-oncology clinical trials across multiple investigator sites.

About the Role

As a Clinical Research Associate II or Senior-level CRA, you will directly manage investigator sites enrolled in hemato-oncology trials, ensuring each study maintains the highest standards for patient safety, data integrity, and regulatory compliance. This field service position involves hands-on site oversight and ongoing monitoring activities.

What You'll Do

• Oversee operations and management of assigned clinical trial investigator sites
• Execute regular on-site monitoring visits to verify protocol adherence and data quality
• Verify patient safety measures and Good Clinical Practices (GCP) compliance
• Review study documentation and records for accuracy and completeness
• Coordinate site close-out procedures and final regulatory submissions
• Partner with trial Sponsors and investigator teams on study execution
• Maintain strict adherence to all applicable regulations and Sponsor standards

What We're Looking For

• Established experience as a Clinical Research Associate or equivalent clinical trials background
• Solid knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and regulatory requirements
• Familiarity with hemato-oncology or oncology therapeutic areas (preferred)
• Strong organizational, time management, and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple sites and travel as required
• Detail-oriented approach and unwavering commitment to patient safety
