About the Role

As Regional Sales Manager, you'll own the East Coast territory, partnering directly with enterprise customers to understand their operational challenges and develop strategic solutions that deliver measurable results. This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll combine consultative selling with strategic account management, managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting through deal closure and customer success.

What You'll Do

• Build and manage customer relationships by deeply understanding their business goals and translating those needs into tailored solution recommendations
• Drive the full sales pipeline—identifying opportunities, developing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing agreements
• Collaborate with engineering and field service teams to ensure successful solution implementation and help customers achieve their processing performance objectives
• Develop your territory through new business development and strategic expansion of existing customer accounts
• Manage sales forecasting, track key metrics, and report on territory performance and pipeline health
• Represent ProMach at industry events and maintain visibility with key stakeholders across the East Coast region

• Willingness to travel within the East Coast region as required
