About the Role

We are seeking a talented individual to join our FINPRO team at Marsh Risk. This role will be based in Christchurch and is a full-time position with no remote work option.

• The Client Executive will manage a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring consistently high-quality customer service.
• This hybrid role requires working at least three days a week in the office.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key client accounts.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
• Contribute to the overall success of the FINPRO team by supporting various initiatives and projects.

Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Proven experience as a Client Executive or similar role within the financial services industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
• A deep understanding of FINPRO products and services is preferred but not mandatory, as training will be provided.
