What This Role Involves

The Floor Executive - Level 1 role involves interfacing with new patients admitted within 24 hours of their admission. You will be responsible for compiling a list of all the patients on your floor and ensuring that they are up-to-date financially. Your duties include orienting patients to the floor structure and providing them with important service numbers. Additionally, you must meet with the Floor RMO (Resident Medical Officer), introduce yourself, and monitor their availability on the floor.
