The Opportunity
Zachary Daniels Recruitment is excited to partner with a rapidly growing direct-to-consumer brand based in Southampton. This high-growth D2C company seeks an experienced Senior CRM Executive to join their dynamic team and contribute to the continued success of customer engagement strategies.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive CRM campaigns that enhance customer loyalty and retention
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas requiring further investigation
- Create compelling content tailored to specific customer segments to foster deeper connections with the brand
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions to ensure a seamless experience across all touchpoints
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and product development to align CRM initiatives with overall business goals
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in CRM or related field
- Demonstrable success in managing complex customer relationships through strategic communication and engagement tactics
- In-depth knowledge of CRM software, data analytics tools, and digital marketing platforms <li.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for actionable insights <li.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, along with superior interpersonal skills
