About the Role

This full‑time position puts you behind the wheel of a modern tractor‑trailer, moving essential goods across the continental United States. You’ll enjoy a predictable home‑time pattern, weekly mileage targets, and a pay structure that rewards experience and mileage.

What You'll Do

• Operate a Class A commercial vehicle safely and efficiently on OTR routes.
• Perform pre‑trip, en‑route, and post‑trip inspections to meet DOT standards.
• Secure and monitor dry‑van cargo to prevent damage or loss.
• Maintain accurate electronic logs and complete required paperwork.
• Communicate regularly with dispatch to coordinate pickups, deliveries, and any service issues.
• Adhere to all federal, state, and company safety regulations.

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
• 1‑5 months of OTR experience (or equivalent training).
• Ability to pass DOT physical and background check.
• Reliability, strong work ethic, and commitment to on‑time delivery.
• Willingness to follow the 12 days out / 2 days home schedule.
