About the Role
This is a full-time OTR driving position operating dry van equipment across the United States. As a CDL-A company driver, you'll maintain consistent routes that average 2,000 miles weekly while enjoying predictable home time (12 days out, 2 days home). We're looking for dependable, safety-focused drivers who take pride in their work and want compensation that reflects their dedication.
What You'll Do
- Operate commercial dry van equipment safely and professionally across the continental U.S.
- Maintain your own vehicle logs and adhere to Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance regulations
- Deliver loads on time while ensuring cargo integrity
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Communicate regularly with dispatch and maintain professional relationships with customers
What We're Looking For
- Current, valid CDL-A license with a clean driving record
- 1–5 months of OTR trucking experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, independent environment
- Strong commitment to safety and DOT compliance
- Willingness to be away from home 12 days per month during your run cycles
- Professional communication and problem-solving skills
Compensation & Benefits
We offer competitive pay structured to reward your experience and performance. Solo drivers earn between 57–64 CPM (cents per mile), with most operators averaging $1,500–$1,700 weekly. Our top performers (top 20% of our OTR team) consistently earn around $1,700 weekly. New hires receive a $4,000 sign-on bonus.
If you prefer team driving, we offer $5,000 sign-on bonuses split with your co-driver, team pay of 72–80 CPM split, and an average of 5,000 miles per week (higher earnings opportunity). We also offer a guaranteed weekly minimum pay structure (12 out/2 home) so you have income stability.
