About the Role
This full-time position offers steady, long-haul work transporting freight across the country in modern dry van equipment. You'll average approximately 2,000 miles per week on predictable routes dispatched to maximize your earnings and provide consistent home time.
What You'll Do
- Safely operate a dry van truck on interstate and highway routes nationwide
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns
- Maintain accurate logbooks and comply with all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations
- Deliver freight on schedule while protecting cargo integrity
- Communicate professionally with dispatch, shippers, and receivers
- Uphold safety and company standards on every load
What We're Looking For
- Valid CDL-A license with a clean driving record
- Minimum 1–5 months of OTR or commercial trucking experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and background screening
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and regulatory compliance
- Strong communication and professional work ethic
Compensation & Schedule
Earn 57–64 cents per mile based on experience level, with a guaranteed weekly minimum of $1,500. Top 20% of our OTR drivers earn $1,700 weekly. New hires receive a $4,000 sign-on bonus. Work 12 days out on the road, followed by 2 days at home—a schedule designed to balance high earnings with predictable personal time.
Team driving opportunities also available: earn $0.72–$0.80 per mile split with 5,000 average weekly miles and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Don't have a partner—we can help match you with one.
