About the Role

This full-time Caregiver position offers the opportunity to provide direct, hands-on support to older adults in our Oconomowoc senior living community. You'll work alongside nurses and support staff to ensure residents receive dignified, attentive care every day.

What You'll Do

• Provide personal care assistance and support with activities of daily living
• Help residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning using safe techniques
• Monitor resident health, comfort, and safety throughout each shift
• Maintain clean and organized resident rooms and common areas
• Communicate with residents, families, and care team members respectfully
• Assist with grooming, hygiene, and dressing as needed
• Document care provided and report observations to nursing leadership
