  • Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect operational needs, pain points around compliance, fraud, and supply-chain visibility
  • Qualify opportunities using defined criteria including organizational fit, business problem urgency, budget alignment, and decision-maker involvement
  • Create detailed transition notes for Account Executives to facilitate productive first meetings
  • Partner with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to capture market insights and refine sales strategies
  • Maintain complete and accurate records in Salesforce and sales engagement tools
  • Participate in strategy reviews and contribute to the evolution of outbound playbooks and positioning frameworks

  • Background in SaaS, Logistics, or Insurance (especially commercial auto insurance) highly valued
  • Demonstrated expertise within the commercial auto insurance vertical across multiple customer types
  • Strong written and verbal communication with meticulous attention to detail
  • Proven success with cold outreach and consistent prospecting activity
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and modern sales engagement platforms
  • Self-directed, coachable, and reliable in meeting daily execution standards
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, early-stage technology environment
