Business Development/Sales & Growth Marketing North America (6-month Internship)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS client seeking a Business Development/Sales & Growth Marketing Intern for their North America market operations. This 6-month internship is based in Paris and offers hands-on experience in revenue generation, account-based marketing, and sales operations for a fast-growing technology platform.

Our client serves enterprise customers globally and is experiencing rapid expansion across North American markets. This role provides direct exposure to go-to-market strategy, pipeline development, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Support GTM teams in driving pipeline development and monitoring performance against revenue targets
• Build and segment targeted account-based audiences using intent signals such as job postings, funding announcements, leadership changes, and industry verticals
• Collaborate with North America-based Sales, Partners, Marketing, and RevOps teams on coordinated campaigns
• Develop and execute creative outbound campaigns via email and LinkedIn to generate qualified pipeline
• Conduct customer and market research to identify patterns, inform messaging, and refine targeting by persona, industry, and use case
• Participate in technology initiatives including AI-driven automation and process optimization to enhance GTM efficiency

What We're Looking For

• French native speaker with strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Prior experience in Business Development or Marketing roles
• Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Zapier, or n8n
• Ideally pursuing an end-of-studies internship
• Genuine curiosity about Growth, Business Development, and Sales Operations
• Proactive personality with exceptional attention to detail
• Metrics-driven mindset with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Creative builder mentality with a track record of generating innovative ideas
