Channel Account Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential cybersecurity organization seeking a Channel Account Manager to support their partner network across France. This is a fully remote field position where you will work closely with resellers and service providers to drive growth, retention, and partner satisfaction within your assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Drive territory quota attainment through active management and development of channel partners
• Maintain regular contact with partners to ensure satisfaction, success, and continued growth
• Collaborate with territory sales teams to generate new business and expand existing accounts through the partner network
• Provide comprehensive partner support including training, event coordination, and lead generation activities
• Create and deliver sales presentations tailored to partner and end-customer needs
• Develop and execute partner relationship management strategies and training programs
• Drive certification growth within the territory
• Maintain deep product knowledge across the full solution portfolio and internal sales tools
• Prepare activity reports and maintain accurate forecasting in CRM systems

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of direct and indirect sales experience in a related industry
• Proven experience working within a two-tier/channel sales ecosystem (required)
• Background in network security or cybersecurity space (preferred)
• Demonstrated history of partner account sales success
• Track record of consistent plan development and quota achievement
• Strong presentation and written communication skills in French and English
• Ability to self-manage and work effectively in a remote environment
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent training in business, sales, or marketing
