EPM Technical Account Manager – Paris

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS client in their search for an EPM Technical Account Manager based in Paris. Our client is a high-growth technology platform serving enterprise customers across finance, HR, and strategic planning functions. This role sits within their Success Advisory team and focuses on delivering technical expertise and strategic guidance to their most valued accounts.

As their Technical Account Manager, you'll serve as a trusted technical advisor while partnering closely with Customer Success to ensure clients maximize platform value. This is an opportunity to combine deep EPM knowledge with emerging AI capabilities in a client-facing role that directly impacts strategic outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical advisor for strategic enterprise clients on platform optimization, performance best practices, and advanced functionality
• Partner with Customer Success teams to develop and execute account strategies aligned with each client's business roadmap and technical challenges
• Conduct comprehensive workspace audits and help scale the audit process using AI-assisted tooling to deliver faster, deeper insights
• Build and refine repeatable Success Plan offerings, incorporating AI-augmented delivery modules to enhance service quality
• Collaborate with Product and R&D teams to identify and communicate platform enhancement opportunities based on client needs
• Manage multiple concurrent client projects while coordinating across internal and external stakeholders

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 6+ years in technical, client-facing roles such as Solution Architecture, EPM consulting, or analytics advisory
• Strong credibility and communication skills with audiences ranging from platform administrators to C-level executives
• Demonstrated curiosity and hands-on experience with AI tools; a track record of using AI to work more effectively
• Proven ability to lead multiple parallel projects involving both internal teams and external clients
• Fluency in English and French

Preferred:

• EPM modeling experience or strong aptitude to quickly develop deep expertise
• Experience with AI coding tools, solution design, and data architecture
• Familiarity with finance processes or adjacent domains such as supply chain, sales performance management, or workforce planning
• Comfort with data analysis, SQL, APIs, and data integration concepts
