About the Role
As a Barback at Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas, you'll support our bartenders and service team in delivering an exceptional guest experience across our three-level venue. What You'll Do
- Stock and organize bar supplies, glassware, bottles, and equipment to support bartender efficiency
- Prepare drink components and garnishes according to bar standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar areas, including glass washing and equipment
- Monitor inventory and alert management to restocking needs
- Respond quickly to bartender requests and guest needs during service
- Assist with setup and breakdown of bar areas before and after shifts
- Support food and beverage service across our three-level venue
