3Y Health is hiring Board-Certified Behavior Analysts to expand our autism services across Ohio. Work remotely as a consultant, guiding our clinical care models and helping us grow our insurance partnerships—all while maintaining the flexibility to build or scale your own practice alongside your work with us.
About the Role
As a BCBA Consultant with 3Y Health, you'll partner with our clinical team to develop evidence-based approaches to autism services. This consulting position offers the opportunity to influence care delivery systems, work toward expanded insurance networks, and gain entrepreneurial experience in building or growing an independent behavioral health practice.
What You'll Do
- Provide clinical consultation on autism care models and treatment protocols
- Support the development of behavioral health service offerings
- Collaborate with insurance partners on contract expansion and compliance
- Train and mentor clinical staff on evidence-based practices
- Contribute to operational and strategic decisions as the practice grows
- If interested, establish or expand your own independent practice with our support
What We're Looking For
- Current BCBA or BCBA-D certification from the BACB
- Experience in autism services, clinical consultation, or practice management
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and insurance requirements
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with clinical teams
- Interest in helping shape healthcare delivery models in Ohio
