About the Role

As a Branch Manager I, you'll lead daily operations at our Round Rock location, overseeing branch performance, team development, and customer relationships. You'll report directly to senior leadership and serve as the go-to decision maker for branch-level challenges, ensuring smooth operations and consistent results while upholding company standards and regulatory compliance.

Your Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor branch staff, fostering a high-performing team culture and supporting employee development
• Manage day-to-day branch operations, including scheduling, inventory, and facility maintenance
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships throughout the community
• Drive sales and business development within your branch while maintaining quality and compliance standards

What We're Looking For
