Our talent team is representing a fast-moving fintech organization with operations across Asia and globally. We're helping them recruit for an accelerator program position focused on global affiliate business development, based in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in expanding the affiliate partner network through outreach to content creators, media outlets, influencers, and other promotional partners
• Support negotiations, onboarding processes, and documentation for new affiliate partners
• Help manage key affiliate accounts by maintaining regular communication and tracking performance metrics
• Contribute to the design and execution of promotional campaigns with a focus on maximizing return on investment
• Build and maintain performance reports using internal analytics tools to optimize channel effectiveness
• Monitor competitive landscape and help adjust affiliate strategies accordingly
• Support fraud detection initiatives by identifying potential scams or manipulations within the partner network
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide affiliates with necessary promotional assets and resources
• Learn and utilize proprietary systems, working with technical teams to enhance interfaces and resolve issues

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
• Basic understanding of or strong interest in affiliate marketing and business development
• Familiarity with digital finance or cryptocurrency space is advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for both internal and external stakeholder engagement
• Comfortable working with media professionals, influencers, and strategic partners
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data interpretation skills
• Fluency in English required for coordination with international partners; additional languages are a plus
• Proactive, responsible attitude with eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Quick learner able to master in-house tools and collaborate with technical teams
