Bilingual Collections Specialist

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential fintech organization in their search for a Bilingual Collections Specialist. This role focuses on resolving overdue accounts and collecting payments while maintaining professional relationships with customers. You'll work as an individual contributor within a personal finance collections department, helping customers find solutions to bring their accounts current.

Responsibilities

• Increase collection of outstanding payments as an individual contributor in the collections process
• Identify accounts with overdue payments and develop solutions to help bring loans to current status
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly collection and metric goals
• Handle outbound and inbound calls with clients to resolve outstanding debts
• Ensure all activities comply with established collections policies and procedures
• Keep accurate records of amounts owed and length of delinquency

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of direct experience in credit and collections
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Knowledge of sales, negotiation, and persuasion techniques
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Prior telemarketing experience with financial products preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Self-motivated and extremely goal-oriented
• Team player with professional demeanor

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: $19.00/hour plus bonus
