About the Role

As a Cleaning Assistant with Se Rh, you'll be responsible for the daily upkeep and sanitation of our facilities. You'll work independently, following established cleaning protocols and company standards to ensure all spaces meet our quality expectations.

What You'll Do

• Clean and sanitize floors, walls, furniture, and equipment using appropriate cleaning products and techniques
• Organize, maintain, and restock cleaning supplies to ensure materials are properly stored and always available
• Service restrooms, break rooms, and common areas with thorough attention to hygiene and detail
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and minor repairs to cleaning tools
• Follow all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment correctly
• Report facility issues or maintenance needs to management promptly

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a cleaning, maintenance, or janitorial role
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to thorough, quality work
• Proven reliability and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Physical capability to lift, bend, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks
• Comfort and competency using cleaning chemicals and equipment safely
• Fluency in English or Spanish preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
