Senior National Account Manager- Hardware

Hillman is hiring a Senior National Account Manager – Hardware to lead strategic growth initiatives across our major retail partnerships in Sugar Hill, Gwinnett County. This full-time role offers the opportunity to drive digital commerce expansion for premium home hardware brands across Amazon, Home Depot, Lowe's, and Build.com.

About the Role

As Senior National Account Manager for Hardware, you'll serve as the key architect of our online marketplace strategy for Delaney, Callan, and Bravura product lines. Reporting to leadership, you'll orchestrate growth across multiple digital channels while strengthening brand positioning and achieving revenue targets in a highly competitive home improvement market.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute digital revenue strategy for assigned hardware brands across major retailer platforms
• Manage relationships with key accounts including Amazon, Home Depot, Lowe's, and Build.com
• Coordinate product placement, pricing, and promotional strategies to maximize visibility and sales velocity
• Analyze marketplace performance data and optimize product assortments based on consumer demand trends
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on inventory planning, fulfillment, and order management
• Identify new marketplace opportunities and expansion channels within the online hardware space
• Monitor competitive positioning and implement strategies to strengthen brand presence
• Support merchant systems integration and technical troubleshooting across platforms

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years in account management, e-commerce, or channel management with hardware, home improvement, or durable goods
• Proven success managing relationships with major retailers including Home Depot, Lowe's, Amazon, or similar large-scale accounts
• Strong analytical and financial acumen; ability to forecast trends and optimize for profitability
• Hands-on experience with marketplace operations and retail commerce platforms
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills across senior stakeholder levels
• Ability to balance strategic planning with tactical execution in a fast-paced environment
